This is the cue by cue break down of the sound design ready to be reviewed by the director.
Here is a revised sound cue break down sheet based on revisions made by the director. Changes to the original sheet are indicated by the use of italics.
This is the Compact Disc Revision Form. The sheet accompanies the first CD that is sent to the director and it is used to indicate any revisions that need to be made to the sound cues before the final CD is completed and sent.
